No teníamos ningun problema con el apartamento. Pero la unica cosa que no me gustó fue el proceso de reservar. No entendí por qué no me cobraron al hacer la reserva. Luego me dijieron que en el caso de no efectuar el pago en el plazo que se le solicita será cancelada. Entonces para evitar esto hice una transferencia. En el día llegamos al apartamento me cobraron. Entonces hay que hacer mejoras en este sentido. Espero que me explica bien.

Muy puntuales en la entrega, pudimos entrar antes de la hora al estar preparado. Instalaciones muy limpias, piso nada ruidoso, y con lo necesario para estar como en tu casa. Parking un poquito retirado si vas con muchas maletas, pero muy cómodo con plazas amplias para vehículos grandes. Repetiría.

Muy bien situado, buenos servicios cerca. La recepción muy atenta y amable y en continua comunicación con nosotros para ver si necesitábamos algo. El apartamento muy comodo y agradable, muy bien aislado del exterior, el garaje al lado del apartamento de fácil acceso y no precisas sacar el coche en toda la estancia. Muy agradecido por la atención y muy recomendable, repetiremos si volvemos a Granada

Fabulous cosy but modern apartment within walking distance of all the major attractions in Granada. Amelia was lovely and very helpful, we enjoyed our stay enormously. I would definitely recommend, it’s great having your own space!

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need, very stylish ours had 2 cute balconies (great for sipping wine watching the streets below). They also provide tea/coffee/oil & shampoo/ shower gel. The location is perfect for exploring Granada with restaurants a 2 minute walk away, the Alhambra 20 minute walk. The address and parking information could have been better communicated, having said that Amilia couldn’t have been more helpful when I contacted her. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this apartment, we loved it!

Only two improvements I would suggest: 1) make a better print of the map of Granada that's in the info pack (the one in there is blurry) 2) add a little more info to the parking information picture (I did not spot the different address, I struggled to turn around the car and somebody else even parked without turning around). If I had know about the rotating platform it would have been much easier.

Todo genial, la atención al llegar al apartamento, el apartamento; total mente reformado y limpio, no le falta detalle😊. Se sitúa cerca de muchos de los lugares de interés de Granada, centro histórico, Albaicin, la Alhambra, Gran Vía,... Buen sitio para quedarse, sin duda repartiríamos.

Todo muy bien, el unico problema se dió por que unos vecinos del bloque de al lado (creemos que no era de ningun apartamento sino del edificio pegado) hicieron mucho ruido la noche del jueves 6 al 7, con bronca y peleas durante la noche hasta las 3am. No se si os ha pasado alguna vez más. Luego las dos otras noches no hubo ningun problema.

Lo único que mejoraría en el servicio es un envío de las instrucciones y los códigos de entrada antes de llegar. El coche se queda entre la acera y cogiendo parte de la calle mientras nos dais las instrucciones. Por lo demás... Perfecto! Enhorabuena por la gestión. Y sobre todo la atención personalizada. El poder salir más tarde del parking hizo que pudiéramos disfrutar toda la mañana del Granada. Volveremos a Granada y contactaremos de nuevo con ustedes. De nuevo, gracias.

Loation is very good. Although it can be a bit scarry to go throgh narrow road to get to centre but you get used to it. It is a safe area. The place was very CLEAN and comfortable. You have to enter this lift to park underground and the parking is around 3 minS walk from the property. When you are a foreigner receiving instructions on how to park and enter the property by ghe host...it can be a bit daunting. Anyway.. we managed and had a good stay. I think the host in future should try and make the effort to come or explain clearly about the parking situation on the website. Apart from that our stay was lovely.
